Cozy + Hygge Fall Flavored Keurig Pods Rated

Hello!

Welcome to, or welcome back to, my home on the internet :) - thank you for being here ❤

This post is for my coffee lovers looking to find a delicious and satisfying, non-pumpkin flavored Keurig pod to complement a cozy and hygge fall. We’ll be covering three very different, non-pumpkin, but all fall-oriented flavors.

The opinions I share are all my own.

Also, while I appreciate that you value my opinion, I don’t mean to make decisions for you. I hope this post helps guide you in your home-brewed, fall coffee adventures, and I know it’s not all that serious in nature :).

All the same, I’m a huge advocate for thinking for yourself, in the big, small, and in-between moments of life and in the decisions we make :). I think that’s a foundational component of experiencing moments of joy and happiness for ourselves.

Anyway, onwards! 😊

Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha Medium Roast Coffee Pods

I’ve had a very mixed reaction to this pod flavor! In some cases, it tastes great, for instance, with a vanilla creamer and a pinch of sea salt or Himalayan pink salt mixed in. A different way I’ve made this pod is with frothed oat milk pumpkin spice creamer, and that tastes great. However, on its own or with a sweet cream or vanilla creamer, it really doesn’t taste great for me. It almost tastes a little like teriyaki 😅, which I’m starting to realize, and have heard from other coffee lovers, is actually kind of common for mocha-based Keurig pods.

I’d give this particular pod flavor 2.5-3 out of 5 stars.

Overall, I will not be buying this pod again, as it takes some decent effort to enhance and make it taste good, and I don’t believe it’s worth it for the price. I had a non-mocha, salted caramel pod recommended to me I might try in the future - salted caramel is favorite flavor note of mine in coffee. Mocha flavors in K-pods? Not so much.

If you’re curious about it, and your taste buds enjoy Keurig mocha pods, feel free to give it a try. I don’t want to deter you from making your own decisions if it’s something you think you’d like :).

Starbucks Fall Blend Medium Roast Coffee

I love how this pod doesn’t have any artificial flavors that I’m aware of. It’s an aptly named coffee flavor: its scent reminds me of a slow, fall morning, with the leaves changing, a slightly brisk wind, cooler temperatures, and wearing an oversized sweater, curled up in a knit blanket in front of the fireplace with a book. #RomanticizeYourLife 😊.

Of the three Keurig pods I tried for this post, this scored maybe a 3.75/4ish out of 5 stars for taste. While the scent of this pod really brings the fall vibes, it didn’t hit all the right notes flavorwise and hasn’t become a die-hard favorite for me to drink. I will finish the package I have, but I don’t think I will buy any more of these this season. As always, this is a personal preference; if you’re curious to try it out and see for yourself, I’d say: go for it :).

Dunkin Falling for Maple Medium Roast Coffee

This is by far my favorite of the three, non-pumpkin, fall Keurig pod flavors I’ve tried so far. The maple is strong with this one - not overpowering, but definitely apparent, and not overly subtle. The smell while this pod is brewing is wonderful, as well! Just a heads-up, these pods do contain artificial flavors. I won’t buy it a ton in part because of the artificial flavoring; however, it’s a great treat, and it will most likely be a repeat purchase in the future. I’d give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
